CUPE Local 37 Joint Job Evaluation Project
It’s been a long time in the works, but the CUPE Local 37 Job Evaluation (JE) Project is now entering its final phase.
Working from March of last year to now, HR have been developing a new pay structure for Local 37. The new pay structure reflects the job hierarchy created in phase 1.
Next, CUPE Local 37 will analyze the information presented with the help of the CUPE National JJE representative, the Executive Board and JJE Committee. We will then have information sessions; following that, we will determine a date to have the members attend a ratification vote.
